In this hands-on class we will be making laminated doughs from scratch!


Friday, February 20: 6 - 8:30pm
Day 1: Make Parisian Croissant Dough and European Danish Dough. Learn how to make doughs from scratch and complete ‘turns’ on your doughs.

Saturday, February 21: 5 - 9pm
Day 2: Proof and shape your doughs, make fillings and finish and bake off your homemade Croissants and Danishes.

Participants should be prepared to take home A LOT of delicious pastries!
Registered students are required to attend both days.
